Estonia - Day by Day
A Bit of History:
Officially the Republic of Estonia, is a Baltic country consisting of the mainland and 2.222 islands and covering a total area of 45.227 square Km. After centuries of successive occupation (Germans, Danes, Swedes, Poles and Russians), Estonia finally became independent in 1991. This country is a developed country with an advanced economy and one of the fastest-growing in the EU as well as one of the world’s most digitally advanced societies (for example, in 2005, Estonia became the first country to hold elections over the Internet).

That day was spent exploring the park and all its treasures. Click here to hop on this journey with us! We then went for diner before heading towards the West coast and a new National Park to visit the next morning.
Day 4: Matsalu National Park
After a shower offered at a public swimming-pool, we drove towards Matsalu National Park for which the information centre was closed and the paths covered in snow. Check out our journey here!
We then went back on the road through a powerful and scary snow storm and found a stop for the night after the mountain pass on a small marina.
