Esmod Paris - Final Project

Bachelor’s degree in fashion design and pattern making - Menswear

From 2012 to 2016, I studied at Esmod Paris the skills involved with producing clothing, from concept to sells. During the last year, I specialized myself in menswear and developed a collection inspired by the workwear uniforms of the military. A year after my graduation, I even took this collection to the International Festival of Young Designers of Dinan, and earned the 2nd place.

INSPIRATION

What drew me to study the workwear uniforms of the Military was the amount of practical details as well as the timelessness. The quality of the material added to the choices made for those uniforms to last through extremely tough activities and weathers was what I focused on in my sketches and researches.

REALIZATION

The collection took months to be complete and carried 10 looks. All the fabrics were sustainably sourced and of high quality, as well as the different details implemented throughout the looks.

INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL

A year after graduating and finalizing my collection, I took to another level and participated in the International Festival of Young Designers of Dinan which was a very fun adventure. The 2nd place in menswear was attributed to me.
